Fit for Life

What is Fit for Life?  Fit for Life is a  six-month fitness training and tracking program designed to increase fitness levels in the community.  Participants will track their miles and/or minutes of aerobic, strength, or flexibility activity on an Exercise Tracker Card and earn incentive awards when they reach their mileage goals!  Work out at your own pace, on your own time- in the gym or outside.  Tracking your workout sessions is an excellent method for maintaining motivation throughout the year, allowing you to see your progression as you get fitter!

How do I enroll in Fit for Life? Participants can register at any fitness center- simply pickup a tracking card and start working out!  Forms may be picked up after July 1.  At the end of the month, total up your miles and turn your card into your fitness center.  Monthly and running totals will be maintained and posted at each Fitness Center.   Incentive awards will be announced via e-mail.

To download a copy of a tracking card or to see how many miles you can get from a given fitness activity, click here.

To download an Excel tracking sheet which automatically calculates your miles and totals for the month, click here.  This sheet can then be emailed to the USAG Fitness Coordinator at Ricky.Payton@eur.army.mil at the end of the month and your totals will be entered in the master database!
